Mana Yoga Retreats by Patty Perlman is a place to reconnect and find your fire within. Created from a passion to bring yoga and people together, Patty joins together a yoga community of like minded people in a fun and inspiring atmosphere. These retreats are a melting pot of people, from CEO’s to busy mom’s to ER doctors. Post retreat, the Mana Community continues to flourish with yoga classes, events, and even drinks organised specially for Mana Retreaters to reconnect and hang out.
Retreat Food. Fresh, organic and local produce are served daily in delicious and mouth-watering recipes. These recipes are created to assist the detoxifying process, cleanse the organs and digestion and revitalise the body from inside out. Every meal is prepared fresh daily by our chef, and all food requirements are catered to.
These exclusive retreats accommodate up to 12 guests maximum and take place beachfront in Byron Bay, mountain top in Queenstown, and seaside in Bali. Morning classes will be strong and invigorating with deep and relaxing savasanas. Evening classes will be guided Yoga Nidra to provide deep restoration of the muscles with a systematic, guided breath control for relaxation. Our studio is equipped with high quality props and is open to you for self-practice at any time. Other activities included such as hiking, surfing, sound healing and acro yoga were chosen to reconnect with nature and build a deeper lever of body awareness.

All dishes are made with organic and locally sourced produce by our Byron Bay chef. The Barre: Using isometric movements combined with the power of music, Ash will lead you through a class to increase strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability. You can expect pliés, squats and planks to name a few. Ash teaches teaches exclusively to ex athletes, both male and female, because it’s very gentile on the joints. Barre is a low impact but high heart rate way to move your body.
The Villa: Located in the hart of Seminyak our villa features custom balinese wooden architecture, stone sinks, day beds, open air room and a resort style pool stretching the length of the property. Take a dip while our Balinese chefs prepare your meals and snacks throughout your stay. Daily maid service will keep your room looking tidy and our security staff will be there to assist you 24/7. This retreat is all inclusive, from turn down maid service to yoga workshops to Ubud and Uluwatu day trips to poolside canapés at Ku De Ta.

You will be picked up in our private mini bus for a 10 minute ride to Mana Yoga Retreats lodge that sits up looking over the iconic Shotover River. Our large and extravagant 5 bedroom 6 bathroom house has panoramic mountain views and is only 10 minutes to downtown Queenstown and Coronet Peek Ski Field.Our mission is to take you deeper into your yoga practice with a relaxed class style that will allow your body to strengthen and thrive in every pose. Yoga will take place daily in the yoga room. Morning classes will be strong and invigorating with a focus on twisting, warming the spine, and firing the appropriate muscles for your day of skiing. Evening classes will include Yin Yoga to work into your joints and connective tissues, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. This combination will provide deep restoration after your day of skiing or snowboarding.Breakfast, lunch, and dinner* during your stay is included in all Mana Yoga Retreats.
